These Terms govern your access to and use of KokoQuest (“the Service”), operated by YSK Capital LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

KokoQuest is an AI-powered company discovery engine for B2B research, prospecting, and outreach. The Service enables searching for companies, enriching results, exporting data, and sending authorized emails through Gmail.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.

Refund Policy

KokoQuest does not offer refunds. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, extract, or mass-download supplier datasets from KokoQuest.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or circumvent access controls.
  • Use automated tools to crawl KokoQuest without written permission.
  • Scrape competitor websites using KokoQuest in violation of their terms.
  • Interfere with platform functionality or security.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Ownership & Data Rights

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Emails you draft or send
  • Custom notes, pitches, and uploaded content

5.2 KokoQuest Content

KokoQuest retains ownership of:

  • All curated supplier data
  • AI-generated insights, enrichments, and relevance rankings
  • Aggregated market data
  • All intellectual property relating to the platform

We may publish or reuse aggregated supplier datasets at our discretion.

6. Gmail Integration

By connecting Gmail, you authorize KokoQuest to send emails on your behalf using the gmail.send scope. We do not read or access your inbox, messages, or threads. You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

KokoQuest may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • Continued use poses a security or operational risk

8. “As-Is” Service Disclaimer

KokoQuest is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free output
  • Suitability for any specific purpose
  • Accuracy of company or contact data

Users assume all risk associated with their use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YSK Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, or business opportunities; or damages resulting from third-party service providers. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
