What counts as a match?

Matches are counted during the discovery phase when companies are found that fit your criteria. Specifically, a match counts toward your quota when:

• The company is discovered through AI search
• It meets the quality threshold (relevance score of 5/10 or higher)
• It's streamed to you in the results

What doesn't count: Low-relevance companies (under 5/10), manually added matches via Companies Found, and enrichment (adding contact info) doesn't increment your quota further.

When is my quota charged?

Your quota is incremented in real-time as quality matches are discovered during generation. If you cancel mid-search, you're only charged for matches already streamed to you. Enrichment (getting email, phone, etc.) happens after and doesn't affect your quota.

Can I try before signing up?

Yes! You can discover up to 5 quality matches without creating an account. Your trial usage is tracked locally in your browser. Sign up for free (no credit card) to unlock 50 matches/month with permanent storage and more features.

When does my limit reset?

Your match limit resets monthly based on your billing cycle. For paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro), it resets on your Stripe subscription renewal date. For free accounts, it resets 30 days after signup (anniversary billing). Check your Settings page for your exact reset date.

What if I run out of matches mid-month?

When you reach your monthly limit, company discovery stops immediately and you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing matches remain accessible, and you can still enrich them, send emails, and manage your contacts. You just won't be able to discover new matches until your quota resets.

Are emails unlimited on all plans?

Yes, all plans include unlimited AI-generated personalized email drafts and sending through your connected Gmail account. Only company discovery counts toward your monthly limit.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No! The free plan requires no credit card. Simply sign up with your email or Google account and start discovering up to 50 matches per month immediately.
